Elena Rybakina has had a dream campaign at the recently concluded Wimbledon Championships. She lifted her maiden Grand Slam title on arguably the biggest stage of tennis. Rybakina defeated Ons Jabeur in a thrilling summit clash to lift the Venus Rosewater Dish for the first time. The Kazakhstan tennis star overcame all odds to win the biggest title of her career.
However, this victory has come on the back of some consistent performances throughout this season. Earlier this year, she made it to the final of the Adelaide International 1 tournament, losing against Ashleigh Barty in the summit clash. Further, she also reached the quarterfinals in Indian Wells.
