Serena Williams bid farewell to her marvelous career this season, but not before playing her final doubles match with her sister Venus Williams. At present, she is in Mexico with her elder sister, daughter Olympia and some close friends. During one of their outings, Olympia had a special visitor who wanted to get a taste of her food.

However, aunt Venus was there to shield the five-year-old from her unwanted visitor. The 7-time Grand Slam champion is currently enjoying her time off the court. Although Serena has retired from the sport, Venus has expressed her desire to focus on singles in the upcoming season.
Olympia, Venus and Serena Williams’ day out
The legendary duo is currently spending some time together before the Venus returns to the hectic schedule of the WTA tour. During their visit to a safari zoo, they encountered a special visitor. The trio stumbled upon a Coati while having their lunch and Venus shared the interaction on her Instagram stories.
Serena: “What is it? Is it like a raccoon?”
Venus: “I think he wants our food.”
Olympia: “No, don’t eat it.”
Venus: “You can come next to me. I won’t let him get to you.”
Olympia, who was sitting beside her aunt, moved her plate of fries while trying to get close to her but accidentally spilled them on the floor.
As a response to which Venus says, “Nope, now he’s gonna want the food. We should not feed him, I guess.” Thereafter they discover that the little guy actually has a name and isn’t a racoon but a Coati. “He’s name is Poncho. They made him go away,” Venus specified.
Further, apart from meeting Poncho, they also enjoyed a dune buggy ride into the woods. Serena shared some clips of them driving on the bumpy roads of the safari, following which she attended a yacht party.

Venus and Serena’s comeback
The Williams sisters walked out of the circuit around the same time with similar injuries last year. While Serena suffered an injury during the opening round of Wimbledon, Venus joined her just before the US Open. Following that, they made a comeback on this season’s grass swing.

Serena made her comeback in the doubles at the Eastbourne International before making her singles comeback at Wimbledon.
