As fans eagerly await the action on a sunny fourth day, here’s a glimpse of what’s in store for them today.

The 3rd day of the tournament is packed with nerve-wracking match-ups which include 4 Round 3 matchups, another 8 Round 4 matchups, and 4 doubles QF matchups. WTA stars such as Danielle Collins, Jessica Pegula, Emma NavarroOns Jabeur, Victoria Azarenka, and Maria Sakkari are a few names among the singles players who’ll be looking to set the court ablaze.

The day’s action begins at 11:00 am with a dominant Miami Open winner Collins looking to continue her dream run against defending champion Jabeur in Round 3. Simultaneously, another Round 3 match-up will see Canadian star Leylah Fernandez take on archnemesis and 2016 Charleston Open champion, Sloane Stephens. The excitement shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

These will be followed by a Round 4 match-up between top-seeded Pegula against unseeded Pole Magda Linette alongside a Round 3 battle between seventh-seeded Ukrainian Elina Svitolina and an unseeded Daria Saville of Australia. In another Round 3 Match, France’s unseeded Varvara Gracheva will go head-to-head against eleventh-seeded Elise Mertens of Belgium.

Doubles Quarter Final Line Up

In the afternoon and evening time slots, the doubles quarter-finals will take place depending on the appropriate time of rest required by the players. Promising intense battles and top-level skills on display, the matches will be Madison Keys and Taylor Townsend against Ukrainian twin sisters, Lyudmyla Kichenok and Nadiia Kichenok, Nicole Melichar-Martinez and Ellen Perez against Magda Linette and Zhang Shuai, Ashlyn Kreuger, and Sloane Stephens against British duo of Olivia Nicholas and Heather Watson, and Hao-Ching Chan and Veronika Kudermetova vs Japanese pair, Eri Hozumi, and Makoto Ninomiya.
