Two-time defending champion, world No. Iga Swiatek tops the list of players scheduled to play at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix. Danielle Collins, who was on a fairytale run in her last season, has been brutally snubbed. However, the tournament will still see 14 of the current top 20 players headed to the WTA Stuttgart 2024. Other notable entries round off the world’s top 5 – No.2 Aryna Sabalenka who has reached the finals in the last three editions, No.3 Coco Gauff, No.4 Elena Rybakina, and No. 5 Jessica Pegula. Apart from the top 5, the tournament will see No.6 Ons Jabeur, No.7 Zheng Qinwen, No.8 Marketa Vondrousova, and No.10 Jelena Ostapenko rounding off the top 10. It’s also important to mention the homecoming of new mom Angelique Kerber, who won the title in 2015 and 2016. The long-time German No. 1 has been out for the last year due to her maternity leave. With Vondrousova in the mix with Swiatek, Sabalenka, and Gauff, the star-studded field will boast of all four reigning Grand Slam champions.

The total prize pool is $922,573 which is a significant increase from last year. The champion will take home an impressive cache of $142,000 for the triumph. While the runner-up will claim a prize money of $87,655 for her deep run. Here is the detailed prize money breakdown:
