The tennis legend Venus Williams recently revealed her bold red outfit for the Canadian Open swing. The first-round match against World No. 16, Madison Keys, did not go well for her as she lost in straight sets to her. But, that has not affected Venus Williams’s confidence in any way. She continues to shine as she shared an iconic look shaking off her blues from the recent photoshoot with Paper Magazine.

Venus Williams shared a picture of herself flaunting her blue hair from a photo shoot she did in May. The aim of the photoshoot was to raise awareness about the Nina Simone project she undertook with other artists. Williams flaunted blue bob hair with bangs as she captioned the picture with, “Color is my thing.”

The tennis legend was gearing up for her comeback on the tour this year. Feeling ready to be on-court, she was working on also pinpointing her style. However, due to some unforeseen mistakes, her dye job ended up in a bizarre hairdo, which she termed a “Bridgerton-style bouffant“.

This led her to cheekily suggest a new idea. Venus asked Bridgerton’s production company ShondaLand to hire her as a part of the cast! She proposed she could be the first Victorian-era athlete.
