‘You All Shouldn’t Come for My Wife’- Alexis Ohanian’s Stern Warning to Serena Williams’ Haters After a New Video Mocking Billionaires Like Elon Musk, Bill Gates, and Jeff Bezos

The co-founder of Reddit reacted to the matter, which is in light of the past few days. He took on Twitter and shared his thoughts about the clip that claims self-made millionaires are a myth.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams’ husband responded to the clip by explaining how millionaires such as Bill Gates, Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos had solid backing to embrace the weight of their dreams and startups. He wrote, “This is really disingenuous.”

Thereafter, he added, “Yes, I’m also saying this because I believe I can do it. And I also believe you all shouldn’t come for my wife when she does it.”

Ohanian and Williams are major players in the investment market. While Ohanian runs the firm Seven Seven Six, the former World no.1 uses Serena Ventures to make her investment and support worthy startups. Further, the husband has built an empire of  70 billion dollars net worth, as per the 2019 Forbes report.

Speaking of Serena Williams, apart from her prize money collection, her wise decisions and brands such as S by Serena have made her the owner of around 260 million dollars. Further, as she has now said goodbye to her tennis career, the sum is set to increase multifold in the coming years.

The family’s indulgence in soccer

Soccer has always attracted the couple. In fact, the seven times Wimbledon champion recently tried her luck in the auction of Chelsea FC alongside the F1 star Lewis Hamilton. Although she failed to bring the team under her wings, Ohanian and Williams enjoy the title of co-owner of the NWSL team.

Further, not only the couple, but their five-year-old daughter Olympia, is also a part owner of the Los Angeles-based Angel City FC. The father-daughter duo has been to their matches and fans expect to see the tennis legend in the stadium soon.
