Legendary American tennis player Serena Williams is truly one of the most popular tennis stars in the world. Moreover, she has huge followers on social media, including Twitter and Instagram.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion shows her humorous side, sometimes. Back in 2018, she commented on a hilarious video of famous talk show host Ellen DeGeneres scaring Kim Kardashian’s mother.

During the Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2018, the host scared the mother of Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, Kris Jenner, pretty badly. Later, Ellen posted that video on Twitter and in the caption wrote, “Happy birthday, @KendallJenner! Did you see your mom get scared on my show?”

Later, Kim Kardashian also retweeted that video and wrote, “I literally cry when I watch this. It’s so good.”

Interestingly, Serena Williams also commented on the post in a hilarious fashion. She wrote, “lol you are so silly hahaha.”

Notably, Ellen has scared plenty of her guests before and it has been a theme of her show. Although Serena has been a part of her show on plenty of occasions before, Ellen is yet to scare her.

This year in May, Serena visited the Ellen Show where she talked about her various investments in businesses. Additionally, she also talked about various stories, including one funny story involving her daughter Olympia.

According to Serena, she hired a tennis coach for her daughter anonymously, as she did not want to reveal her identity to the coach. However, the coach later found out on social media. Moreover, Serena also talked about not coaching her daughter that much, as her interest lies more in playing with dolls than tennis.

Meanwhile, Serena recently returned to the tennis court during the grass court season, which did not go according to her plan. Now, she is focusing on the US Open, which will be her home Grand Slam. Before playing in New York, the 23-time Grand Slam champion will play in Toronto and Cincinnati to get a proper warm-up before the US Open.
