One of these tennis players was Anna Kournikova. Kournikova reached her highest ranking no. 8 in the world in 2000 and was even ranked no.1 in doubles.

Moreover, the former Russian tennis player has been in a relationship with the famous Spanish singer Enrique Iglesias since 2001. They are also blessed with three kids together. Anna Kournikova was once invited to an American show named ‘The Graham Norton Show’. The show is hosted by none other than Irish actor, comedian, and presenter named Graham Norton. 

During the show, the host asked Anna Kournikova about her partner Enrique Iglesias’ daily routine and the similarities to a normal person’s life. “Yeah, you find underwear, you know, everywhere and the dirty socks and everything“, is what she replied.

The 41-year-old’s career ended in 2003 when she retired due to a string of injuries. Kournikova is still remembered as one of the game’s most influential female players, despite never having won a single Grand Slam during her entire tennis career.
