The former world No 1 announced her pregnancy back in August 2022. She is expecting her first child with her boyfriend, Franco Bianco. And because of this, she missed the first Grand Slam tournament of the 2023 tennis season.

The German tennis player recently took to her Instagram account to share a picture of her embracing her baby bump. Posting a beautiful black-and-white picture, the three-time Grand Slam champion, wrote, “Patiently waiting.” pointing out that she is eagerly waiting to welcome a new member into the family.

Seeing the beautiful picture, her fellow tennis friends and fans commented on the same.
A polish tennis star, Agnieszka Radwanska commented with three red hearts while her sister, Urszula Radwanska wrote, “You look amazing!!!”
Another 33-year-old tennis star, Dominika Cibulkova, appreciated the tennis beauty leaving three white heart emojis in the comment section.

The three-time Grand Slam champion, however, is taking her time and doesn’t want to rush things. Before returning to the tennis court after a significant absence, she wants to make sure that she is in peak physical condition.

Notably, the German tennis star hopes to compete in the Paris 2024 Olympics match and wants to once again feel what it is like to represent his country on the biggest stage. She has already competed in two Olympics, London ,and Rio de Janeiro.
