The first active WWE star to be inducted into the Hall of Fame who worked as a bouncer before he shook the world with his in-ring mastery saw Evert for the first time on a flight journey. Her charm allured Flair, and he was too dumbfounded to converse with her. The 16-time World Heavy Weight Champion claimed that the tennis legend showed no sign of interest in him.

In a YouTube conversation with Theo Von, Flair recalled every detail, including Evert’s outfit and accessories. “I’ll tell you, I adore Chris Evert, right? So I’m flying to Japan, and I’m sitting this far from Chris Evert. She’s wearing a yellow Polo shirt, right? Gold Rolex. This is in the 80s, smoking hot, right? And I mean, not a word.”

The Nature Boy was love zoned by Evert but in the tennis way. Evert’s longest relationship lasted with Andy Mill, the Olympic downhill skier. She had three sons with him in their 18 years together before they divorced. The former world number one finally married Greg Norman, which only lasted for 15 months. Evert is now a single mother who maintains good relations with the father of her children and dedicates her life to family and tennis.
