UFC Bantamweight Champion Julianna Peña Shows up at the WTA Miami Open Showcasing Interests Beside MMA

UFC bantamweight champion Julianna Peña is the talk of the town in the MMA sphere. With a career-defining win over arguably the greatest female mixed martial artist of all time, ‘The Venezuelan Vixen’ closed out 2021 with an absolute shocker from which fans are still reeling. 

Apart from MMA, Peña is a fighter with many other talents. She has previously expressed her interest in stand-up comedy on the Joe Rogan Experience. A woman of various interests, ‘The Venezuelan Vixen’ is also a fan of other sports, especially tennis. To fulfill her love for the sport, she made her way to the stadium to catch the ongoing Miami Open.

The 32-year-old UFC champion wrote, “Had a blast @miamiopen yesterday!! What other sports do you love besides @ufc?? #miamiopen #mma #usopen #tennis.” 

The UFC fighter was clad in a white dress, rocking a designer Gucci belt around her waist.

When will the Julianna Peña and Amanda Nunes rematch take place? 

Pulling off one of the biggest upsets in the sport’s history, the destined rematch between ‘The Venezuelan Vixen’ Julianna Peña and Amanda ‘The Lioness’ Nunes was almost immediately decided once the fire died down.

The UFC capitalized on this and roped in the two women as coaches for The Ultimate Fighter. Hence, it is a given that they will have their rematch after the end of the season.

According to ‘The Lioness’ Nunes’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach Balbino Junior, Nunes might be facing Peña in July or August with a chance to reclaim her title.
