Mental illness is a serious thing, and anybody who is going through it suffers a lot. In today’s world, people are well aware of the symptoms and they often extend their support to people suffering from the same. But a 32-year-old WWE superstar recently shared a post that dealt with how to overcome depression and anxiety with some simple tasks.

Lacey Evans posted on her Instagram recently. She shared the story of entrepreneur and YouTuber Bedros Keuiliantook. However, her agreeing with Keuiliantook didn’t sit well with an AEW star and she took an indirect shot at Evans for the same.

Current AEW wrestler, The Bunny aka Allie shared a video on Instagram taking about how some people deal with anxiety and stress. The post came shortly after the 32-year-old WWE star shared her story.

Allie wrote, “Some of us manage our mental health issues with medication. To suggest that simply exercising, eating a certain way, working more; etc etc etc will cure your mental illness is harmful and perpetuates the notion that mental health issues aren’t actual ILLNESSES.”

The 35-year-old added, “If anyone out there is struggling to do basic human activities due to their anxiety, depression, etc, you aren’t alone. Please take care of yourselves and don’t listen to the narrative that you are choosing to suffer. I know from experience that you are doing the best you can. Sending love to all of you 💗”

Evans has been more active on social media for the past few weeks and is maintaining her gimmick there too. Some of the fans agree with her, while a few aren’t happy with her replies. A few days ago, she said some harsh words to a person who wanted to join the Navy.

The WWE superstar’s story referred to simple tasks like exercising daily, eating clean, putting purpose over pleasure, making more money, stopping overthinking and helping others and being kind as the key to fight mental illness. Another task that might have triggered the fans is “Mind your own f*cking business”.
