Throughout his career, John Cena has never made an appearance in another wrestling promotion. However, his name appeared in the latest edition of AEW Collision. A Cena denigrator had a message for him.

AEW fan disparages John Cena on TV
AEW Collision was jam-packed with exciting matches. The show began with Ricky Starks entering the ring, beaming with pride after winning the Owen Hart tournament. However, his celebration was rudely interrupted by CM Punk, who implied that Starks could not beat him without cheating.

As the segment continued, Christian Cage made his way out, much to the annoyance of the New Jersey fans. It was at that moment that a fan was spotted on TV holding up a sign that said, “John Cena is a con artist”. Why was the fan holding a sign, disrespecting Cena in AEW? Your guess is as good as any. But AEW had no qualms about panning the camera on the sign.

Nevertheless, The Peacemaker actor recently made his groundbreaking return at the Money in the Bank premium live event. The Cenation leader made a huge announcement, proposing that London should host a future WrestleMania someday.

John Cena may be a fervent supporter of the Stamford-based company, but his father, John Cena Sr., went against the grain by endorsing AEW. In case you didn’t know, John Cena Sr. has managed an AEW star in the past.

It should also be noted that before the WWE legend set foot in the ring and became a global sensation, his father was a wrestling personality who went by the name Johnny Fabulous.
On July 19th, Cena senior took to Twitter to promote AEW Dynamite, Blood & Guts edition. His post elicited a negative response from WWE fans, who called him a “traitor”.
