Wrestlers are often thought of as iron-made and sometimes they are. AEW’s CJ Perry recently did the unthinkable to go by this notion, to proclaim her presence at the Worlds End PPV tonight.

Perry had been suffering from an injured finger for a long time. The severe infection had spread to her arm, worsening the matter. It became so grave that she had to rush to the hospital and eventually missed out on AEW programming due to it. But when you come to the newest AEW PPV, Worlds End is a different story altogether.

CJ Perry, fka Lana, continued to drop updates regarding the status of her injury. Thankfully, after undergoing a complex surgery, the AEW star let fans know that her hospital term was over and she’s recovering fast in a follow-up health update.

Now, given that AEW is pulling out a massive eventual night at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York this Saturday, the 38-year-old injured couldn’t get her injured finger in the way.

In a shocking update, Lana wrote on Twitter, ”Held together by bandages, tape, and pure attitude on a six-hour flight! Help me send an ironic message to the MERSA inflection that almost claimed my f you finger. Can’t keep me down! And wouldn’t miss @AEW final PPV of the year for #AEWWorldsEnd for anything.”

She is making it to the World’s End tonight and now we just need to see how and when Khan pans out the storyline for the former WWE act.

However, later on, we saw a more savage version of Perry as she came up and stood by his husband in his terrific win against Andrade El Idolo.

CJ Perry and Miro weren’t in a harmonic bond as per their Kayfabe. Thanks to tonight’s course of the event that saw an in-ring reunion between the real-life husband and wife.

A jam-packed AEW Worlds End brought a ton of action to the plate. At the second match of Saturday night, Miro and Andrade El Idolo locked horns to settle the score since their “AEW Collision”. As that match originally included a segment of Perry, it was a good place to get her in and the company exactly did the same.

In between the feud, Perry raised his voice at Miro a lot of times and even threw up her injured finger in the early period of the match. But despite the strife, Lana came to her husband’s safe when he found himself trapped in Andrade’s Figure Four, allowing him to pick up a submission victory.
