Recently, it was announced that Jennifer Pepperman, one of WWE’s top writers and producers, had decided to end her time at the company. The reason behind Pepperman’s departure was reported to be her pursuit of a career change. Her primary job consisted of working in the women’s division of SmackDown. Moreover, she had a close relationship with Mercedes Mone, FKA Sasha Banks.

Reports had suggested that Pepperman’s departure from WWE came as a result of Mercedes Mone’s possible AEW debut next March on Big Business.
