Jeff Hardy Entrance Music: Massive Details on How AEW Could Use Zack Tempest’s Loaded Despite It Being Hardy Boyz’ Old WWE Theme

The rivalry between WWE and AEW doesn’t focus only on pro-wrestlers. It extends to other elements such as characters, themes, and even entrance music. For example, the entrance theme Hardy Boyz used in WWE could become the one Jeff Hardy uses in AEW.
An exclusive report by Fightful Select revealed that AEW has gained the licence to Hardy Boyz theme music. The former WWE tag team used Zack Tempest’s Loaded as their music in WWE, but the music was never owned by WWE. As a result, it allows AEW to use it as and how they like it.

As soon as Jeff Hardy used ‘Loaded’ on AEW Dyanmite, the company acquired the rights to the song. But, the company went one step higher and acquired the rights to the entire album. As per reports, it can still use the individual songs that WWE may have acquired rights to before.
The only reason AEW can do that is because of a technicality. However, the company could decide against using a song which WWE already has rights to, unless of course Tony Khan wants to add fuel to fire!

Jeff Hardy quit WWE after refusing the company’s help
Reportedly, Hardy came under WWE Official’s notice during a live match. He left the ring midway, and walked backstage through the crowd.

The company assumed Hardy could have fallen off the wagon and offered him help. However, Jeff Hardy complied with WWE for a medical test, but also refused any help. Therefore, WWE had to consider the pros and cons and act according to what was best for the company.

As a result, the company released Jeff Hardy from his contract. But, WWE did try to bring Hardy back by offering to induct him in the Hall of Fame but the former Superstar refused.
As soon as Hardy was released, fans predicted Jeff would move over to AEW. And, yes he did!
