Fans were excited when a match between Solo Sikoa and John Cena was set for the Crown Jewel. The two stars had a lot of back and forth before the premium live event. The Bloodline’s Wiseman Paul Heyman even said to Cena that Sikoa’s Samoan Spikes have proved to be dangerous for him. And Heyman’s words proved to be right after Sikao finally confronted Cena at the event

Solo Sikoa destroyed John Cena in minutes

The fight between Solo SIkoa and John Cena became quite intense as it reached its final stages. The stars gave each other a tough fight through and through. The Enforcer of Bloodline then went on for his favorite move the Samoan Spike. But he did not stop after just one spike. Sikoa Samaon Spiked The Leader of Cenation more than ten times.

After this, Cena was left completely dazed. The Hollywood star was pinned by him and after the count of three, Sikoa was declared the winner. As the victor left the ring, Cena was still in the ring, contemplating his defeat at the hands of Sikoa. Following his brutal attack and pin, Cena was left gasping for air. Fans present in the arena were not expecting to see him in such a condition.

Even though the rivalry has been intense, the way it was kicked off was totally unexpected. After all, Sikoa declared war on Cena to exact revenge for his uncle and mentor Umaga.

Where did it all begin?

After it was confirmed that Cena would be with the promotion for some time, the news spread like wildfire. The Arrogant Aussie was particularly interested to have him on his show, The Grayson Waller Effect. His wish did come true when Cena appeared as a guest on the show on the 9/15 episode of SmackDown. But some uninvited guests made their way to the talk show. In the ring, Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa made their way to have a word with John Cena.

Sikao and Cena both stood face-to-face against each other while looking each other directly in the eyes. As Uso was hyping up his brother, Sikoa choked his brother and then superkicked Cena. This indeed sent out a message and was the start of an intense rivalry. It was later hinted by Sikoa that he is doing this for his uncle and mentor Umaga, who was defeated by John Cena. And just like Sikoa, Umaga proved to be a dangerous foe for him.

After the fight, a tired John Cena took some time to say goodbye to the crowd present at the arena. With Cena now dropping subtle hints about his retirement, do you think this defeat will be the end of his career?

For me pro wrestling has two things that I like the most, storytelling and fighting. Let’s just say movies are failing to keep me entertained in those departments. I grew up watching WWF and not WWE and any hardcore fan will agree that the two are not the same, but I love both iterations.
