Grayson Waller is hell-bent on feuding with WWE legends. After his confrontation with John Cena at MITB, Waller relentlessly fired shots at Dwayne Johnson on Twitter. In addition, The Australian wrestler made his debut at Madison Square Garden on July 7th against Edge. Although he did not win the match, he took the Hall of Famer to the limit.

Grayson Waller outlines Stone Cold Steve Austin as his next target

On last week’s edition of SmackDown, Grayson Waller competed in a fatal-four-way match, the winner of which would get a shot at Austin Theory’s United States Championship. At some point during the match, Waller delivered his finisher, The Rolling Thunder Stunner, to Butch. However, Santos Escobar eventually won after pinning Waller to become the No. 1 contender to face Austin Theory.

Although Waller lost the match, he took pride in his performance. Taking to Twitter, he tweeted a clip of his finisher and claimed that it was the best stunner variation of all time. Furthermore, Waller also mocked Steve Austin. He wrote, Waller 3:16 says this is the best Stunner variation of all time”

This only goes to show that the 33-year-old star has turned his focus on Stone Cold Steve Austin. Waller was successful in getting a response from The Rock, but it remains to be seen if he gets one from Steve Austin

If the last few weeks are anything to go by, you should know that Waller is only getting started. Even though The Rock snubbed his invitation to appear on The Grayson Waller Effect, the Texas Rattlesnake just may make his return to silence Waller for good.

Stone Cold Steve Austin called it a career after his match against Dwayne Johnson at WrestleMania 19. However, almost two decades later, at WrestleMania 38, Austin made his shocking return and wrestled Kevin Owens one-on-one. Much to the surprise of the WWE Universe, Austin looked as good as he did in his prime.

After defeating Kevin Owens on Night 1, Austin made his appearance on Night 2 and dished out Stunners to Austin Theory, Pat McAfee, and Vince McMahon. By the looks of things, it’s certain that WWE is trying to push Grayson Waller as the next Legend Killer. We will have to wait and see if Waller continues to provoke Steve Austin going forward.
