Among a long list of talented and eye-capturing actresses in the movie industry, it would’ve been difficult to pick out one name. However, it looks like Cena had already made up his mind.

In a 2009 interview, The Prototype revealed that he would love to work with Angelina Jolie. He did not just bluntly mention her name but also gave an explanation behind his pick. The reason hinted at how he perceived Jolie and her real-life personality.

To keep the hype of the movie intact, the interviewer asked him 12 questions. One of them was asking him to pick a ‘favorite lady’ he would like to work with in a lead role. Without second thoughts, he recited Angelina Jolie’s name.

It’s clear that before finding the love of his life, Cena was mesmerized by Angie’s boldness and ‘tough side’. Even though the times moved forward with her eventually finding her love in a fellow Hollywood star, Cena was never able to star in a movie alongside her.

The poster read “This Barbie is John Cena.” The post generated ‘wild’ responses. From fans cracking quick jokes to appreciating the casting, the audience looked excited.
