In a bizarre twist of events, WWE’s iconic and easily portable Slim Jim Car got stolen. Shockingly, the chain of events did not belong to one of WWE’s elaborate storylines despite its bizarre nature. The car’s theft comes as a piece of real-life news. What’s more interesting is that LA Knight drove this car at WWE Fastlane 2023. Here are all the details about the stolen $43,000 sponsored vehicle.

WWE’s Slim Jim car subject to theft

As reported by PW Insider, the brand has publicly announced that their custom car got stolen while it was on the road. The car was on its way to Los Angeles for a custom video shoot following its appearance at the 2023 Survivor Series. Slim Jim, America’s favorite protein snack, has a customized Nissan Z, which fans love to call Fast Meat present at most of the Premium Live Events and weekly shows. Now an active police investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department has culminated. Apart from that, the company has started a hashtag on social media, called #FindFastMeat. They have urged their fans and followers to provide updates if they find any leads.

Ashley Spades, VP and General Manager, Snacks at Conagra Brand issued a statement after the news broke out. She said that the company realizes the importance of their car’s appeal. However, what they did not know was the fact that it is in such high demand that someone would try to steal it. Spades also mentioned that the company is closely working with the LAPD and urged fans to report any relevant information they find to the LAPD.

The car was a symbol of partnership between Conagra Brand and WWE. In recent times, the car has found quite a few admirers for its custom features. Apart from a fiery exterior, bright yellow custom leather interior, and LED lighting under the carriage, it also had a dedicated Slim Jim holder for an on-the-go snacking experience.

Apart from this, it had a one-of-a-kind Slim Jim dispenser in the glove compartment. Moreover, there were plenty of Easter eggs for long-term fans. These Easter eggs include a fabric interior with ’69’ on them, a ‘420’ hidden somewhere, and the Long Boi Gang emblem.

The company has worked with WWE for more than 30 years now. It all started when fans saw Randy Savage in various commercials for the snack. Apart from that, WWE and Slim Jim renewed their contract in August 2023. The car was first featured during the SummerSlam PLE in 2023. After its appearances at Survivor Series, there were plans to feature it at the 2024 Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 40. Let’s just hope they find it sooner rather than later, as Royal Rumble is barely a month away.

One take at a time

For me pro wrestling has two things that I like the most, storytelling and fighting. Let?s just say movies are failing to keep me entertained in those departments. I grew up watching WWF and not WWE and any hardcore fan will agree that the two are not the same, but I love both iterations.
