Vince McMahon had a wild ride as the head honcho of WWE for nearly 40 years. During this time, he saw his fair share of ups and downs, tragedy and triumph, yet continued to lead the business with dedication. As an individual, McMahon was driven, passionate and wanted everyone to know who the boss was.
He exerted his alpha male personality despite being surrounded by men twice his size. However, it turns out McMahon wasn’t a slouch even in his college days and his bold act once nearly landed him in trouble.

WWE’s ex-chairman built his reputation as a tough individual and even had the physique and personality to back it.
Even during his college days, McMahon didn’t shy away from his goals. In an interview on the Pat McAfee Show, he revealed how he nearly had the police called on him when he tracked down his professor at his house.
Why did Vince McMahon decide to track down his professor?
Vince McMahon loves a confrontation and won’t back down in that situation. The man was obsessed with winning and achieved what he wanted whenever he set his ambitious eyes on something. This holds true for his professional career as he transformed the pro wrestling industry with his vision. Not only that, but to accomplish his dreams, he ripped apart the traditional territorial system.

He continued to be the top promoter in wrestling and even drove his biggest competition WCW out of business. Moreover, McMahon stayed in the news and controversy at one time or another. This was also the case once during his college days. During an interview on the Pat McAfee Show earlier this year, the ex-WWE chairman talked about how he almost had the cops called on him due to him tracking down his professor at his house.
McMahon recalled that he was a bit off the mark to get the necessary grades to graduate at East Carolina University. He said he needed a slight bump in grades to ensure he graduated at the same time as his wife. Mac Daddy explained he had nothing to lose and went over to the house of the two professors to help his grades. He said, “One of them was so kind and said ‘absolutely. As for a B+ to an A-, happy to do that.’”

But he wasn’t this lucky with another professor. McMahon added, “The other was such an unbelievable a**hole that wouldn’t let me in his house. No, I get it. It’s unusual, you know, for a student to find out where you live and knock on the door. I get that. But I didn’t have anything to lose. So there was a bit of confrontation and so forth and he was going to call the cops. ‘Call the cops, I still don’t have anything to lose.’”
After all this drama and not letting his professor close the door when he tried, McMahon did end up graduating in 1968. Fans have heard quite a few stories of Vince McMahon exerting his macho personality in WWE over the years, but this one is quite fascinating as it happened way before his wrestling days.
