Money in the Bank will take place on 2nd July in Las Vegas. The event was initially scheduled to take place at Allegiant Stadium in the city. However, WWE, just before the Pay Per View, relocated to the smaller arena. WWE officials have announced that MITB will now be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

If you haven’t already heard, Dana White’s UFC 276 will take place on July 2nd at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Additionally, it caused a tremendous impact on the sale of WWE MITB tickets.

Brad Shepard previously reported that due to poor ticket sales, WWE is thinking about moving Money In The Bank to a different venue. Additionally, on Twitter, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com informed the WWE fans that MITB is officially relocated to MGM Grand Garden Arena.

WWE originally planned to hold the event at Allegiant Stadium, which has a capacity of 70,000 people. However, because of the UFC 276, WWE struggled to sell tickets and moved the event to the MGM Grand Garden, a smaller venue with a capacity of 17,000 spectators. Since there are just 17,000 tickets available, WWE will have no trouble selling them.

Last year WWE booked the Allegiant Stadium at SummerSlam 2021. In addition, Additionally, WWE sold over 51,000 tickets at the event. 

Money In The Bank 2022

Money in the Bank is among the most popular WWE events. Additionally, Money in the Bank is the event for you if you want to see a group of wrestlers fight to climb a ladder for a briefcase.

WWE changed its venue as well as its MITB poster. In addition, Reigns, Lesnar, Rousey, Lashley, Flair, Lynch, and Banks are no longer included on the new poster. However, Cody Rhodes, Riddle, The Miz, Rhea Ripley, Seth Rollins, and The Street Profits have all been added to the poster as fresh additions.

It was previously reported that Brock Lesnar would return to the MITB to face The Tribal Chief. However, it is not the case. Additionally, Sasha Banks and Naomi were also suspended from WWE after walking out of the RAW main event match.
