WWE Royal Rumble 2023 just concluded. And several WWE superstars delivered surprising performances, but a few promising talents failed to deliver up to the mark. WWE superstars such as Brock Lesnar, Bobby Lashley, Karrion Kross, and The Miz were some of the few that had a disappointing Rumble.

Kross’ reputation was tarnished after he suffered a loss at the rumble. He lasted less than 5 minutes and was eliminated by a former foe, Drew McIntyre. Karrion Kross is currently going through a rough patch and recently lost to Rey Mysterio at SmackDown before Royal Rumble. In dire need of a good feud, where Kross dominates, he is steadily losing all of his momentum.

However, recently, the former NXT Champion took to Twitter to post his recent accomplishment. This impressed his fans and fell heads over heels for his accomplishment. All of the social media came together and started congratulating him on his achievement.

Kross took to Twitter to announce his promotion to purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He took to Twitter and wrote, “Very grateful for my training partners, coaches, my Wife who keeps me fed to kill and everyone at @DGBJJO. We never stop learning.” He thanked everyone involved and showed his gratitude.

Fans were also impressed with him and started congratulating the 37-year-old.

Receiving a promotion to Purple belt in BJJ is an extremely tough and rare feat. The belt ranks here are white, blue, purple, brown,  and black. While all students begin with white, very few receive promotions to the next hierarchical belt.

And, Kross received his promotion to purple belt, after being a white belt.

However, it is still a very rare feat, and only a few can achieve it. And Kross can proudly call himself a part of it. With his talent and determination, his next step might be toward the brown and black belt. WWE fans can now expect a more ruthless version of Kross, and his opponents now need to fear him more.

This achievement came as a breath of relief for Kross, after a string of disappointing performances. Kross can take it as a positive sign, and look forward to his career ahead.
