Hulk Hogan is a pro-wrestling legend and is an inspiration to wrestlers around the world. One such individual who is inspired by the Hulkster is the former WWE champion, Jinder Mahal. In an interview with The Times of India, WWE superstar Jinder Mahal revealed the most important thing he wants to learn from Hulk Hogan. 

Recently, Hogan had praised the ‘Modern Day Maharaja,’ referring to him as “the next generation Hulk Hogan.” Hogan posted a photo of him with Jinder Mahal on Instagram with the caption: “The old school respect with the new school. #JinderMahal physicality, he’s a bad man brother, with the right push he could be the new generation Hulk Hogan, he’s got it all, brother!!!! #hogansbeachshop #clearwaterbeach”

Responding to this, Mahal stated, “I’m humbled and honored that Hulk Hogan would say such nice things about me. And I’ll keep working hard.” Mahal also mentioned that Hogan inspired him.

Furthermore, In an interview, TOI asked Mahal, “What is the one thing you want to learn from The Hulkster and why?” To which Mahal replied, “I would like to learn from Hogan how to have longevity in WWE. Hogan had a long, long career. He dominated for decades and constantly performed at a very high level.”

“He is a multiple-time world champion. I would like to ask him how to have such a long career and stay at the top for so many years.” Mahal concluded. (H/T: TimesofIndia)

Hulk Hogan’s WWE Career

The Hulkster has been one of the greatest superstars in the professional wrestling industry. Hogan had a huge role in promoting the WWF. The WWE Hall of Famer was a fan favorite and people would go to great lengths to watch him perform.

Hogan won countless championships and impressed fans with numerous iconic moments. He single-handedly turned around the WWF’s fortunes.

Hogan did leave the WWE at one point as he signed for WCW. However, Hogan returned to the company in 2002, after the WWF acquired WCW. In addition, he won the Undisputed WWF Championship for a record-tying sixth time before departing in 2003.

In 2005, WWE inducted Hogan into the WWE Hall of Fame, and he was inducted a second time (as a member of nWo) in 2020.
