Gunther suffered an unexpected defeat at WrestleMania XL. After the longest Intercontinental Championship reign, The Ring General lost to Sami Zayn at the biggest PLE of all time. He is set to make a return to the promotion on Monday Night Raw tonight.

Prediction: Gunther is likely to return to feud with the current WWE Heavyweight Champion, moving on from his past defeat.

WWE gets a new Women’s Champion

Rhea Ripley had to vacate her precious title last week on Raw because of an injury she suffered, courtesy of another co-star. Tonight, fans will witness a women’s battle royale match to crown a brand new Women’s Champion while Ripley recovers from her injury.

Prediction: Although no contenders have been revealed as such, Becky Lynch could end up bagging the gold as she has had previous experience with the title and was also a solid competition at WrestleMania XL.

World Tag Team Championship bout

DIY turned out to be the final contenders for the newly introduced World Tag Team Championship belts. This week, they are set to face the champions, The Awesome Truth (C), in a title bout.

Prediction: The champions could end up retaining the gold because of the hype they are getting from the fanbase.

Prediction: There is a possibility that these two Judgment Day members retain their losing streak unless the evil faction has some plans already cooking behind the curtains.
