

After over four decades of service to the WWE, Vince McMahon officially retired from the company. Given how he transformed professional wrestling, he is regarded as a great wrestling mind. However, on his podcast, WWE Legend Kevin Nash, noted that although he is great, he is not all-knowing and was missing in many areas.
The WWE Hall of Famer said in a recent podcast that he had a tight relationship with The Big Man and thought of him as a father figure. However, he pointed out that, as McMahon is known for adhering to his opinions solely, there are occasions when he makes the awful decision that may have lost him millions.

On the podcast, he recalled how once McMahon brought in his views a stupid thing. He mentioned after spending a lot of time together while he was a champion for a year, he and McMahon became friends.
Meanwhile, as he was growing up as a wrestler, McMahon once arrived and said that wrestlers would perform a song in which they would sing “Wish you a Merry Christmas,” and in his mind, he felt this was utter nonsense. However, given that McMahon made the decision, he had to do that.

Moreover, he stated, “You realize he doesn’t f**king know everything. You know, he doesn’t know everything. That’s why you know. I’ve always said to this day if ask Vince McMahon with what people want. He thinks they want a baby face in a corner after a match-waving American Flag. Not f**king Stone Cold drinking beer and flipping people off and that was the whole thing.”

Fans’ eyes would undoubtedly have been drawn to Steve Austin if WWE showed him drinking beer while onstage, contrary to what McMahon believed. Without a doubt, he was unsatisfied with this old-school thinking and believed it would have cost him big money.

Nash did voice his opinion on this after Mr. McMahon retired and departed the WWE organization. Two-time WWE Hall of Famer stated on his podcast that he wanted to personally thank McMahon for everything that he has done for the wrestling industry. And he wouldn’t have any of this if he didn’t believe in him.

Despite having his own opinions and sticking to them, McMahon was a terrific wrestling intellect, and his shoes will be difficult to fill.
