The popularity of superhero genre movies has recently increased dramatically, and it is obvious that this is one of the genres that people will continue to watch. After starring in several action-packed films, Hollywood megastar Dwayne Johnson is now preparing to release Black Adam, his first-ever superhero movie, with DCEU.

Notably, numerous superheroes, such as Superman, Iron Man, Black Widow, and many more, have shockingly died in movies and left fans heartbroken. Similarly, The Rock was questioned about the same in a recent interview with Jake Hamilton.

DJ shared several details, including his encounter with Superman, in Jake’s Takes, while discussing his much-anticipated movie. Notably, although Black Adam is actually an anti-hero, The Rock was questioned about whether or not he had any thoughts about his character dying in the film.

The Rock stated, “I wouldn’t like to see it right now. Because there’s a lot more storytelling that we need to tell and should tell. That I think will be very beneficial for the fans out there and generations to come. But, one day I am open to that. I mean the ultimate sacrifice. Sure, we’ll see. But I don’t see that happening now.”

Likewise, The Rock is ready to make the ‘ultimate sacrifice’, but since this is only the beginning, he does not picture it occurring in this movie. However, DJ made a crucial revelation, hinting that we might witness Teth Adam’s demise in the series’ final films.

The origin story of Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam

Johnson’s Black Adam character is unquestionably unlike anything else he has ever played. The son of Pharaoh Ramesses II is Black Adam, also known as Teth-Adam, for those who are unaware. The fictional city of Kahndaq, which is situated in Africa close to Egypt, looks up to Adam as its rescuer.

The bold actions of Black Adam impressed one of the high priests and Teth-Adam was then given the power. However, after obtaining powers, he turns corrupt and evil, killing the Pharoah to seize more control. The wizard Shazam seizes the powers and imprisons him.
