WWE has been constantly trying to improve the experience for its audience to reel in more views. The better the weekly episodes and PPVs perform, the more revenue the company earns.
The company recently released reports which revealed the salary for Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, Triple H, and Nick Khan for 2021.
The reports state the following for the 2021 salaries:

Vince McMahon, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer – $1,400,000
Stephanie McMahon, Chief Brand Officer – $730,000

Triple H, EVP, Global Talent Strategy & Development – $730,000
Nick Khan, President & Chief Revenue Officer – $1,200,000
However, these salaries do not include the revenue they will earn from stock awards, compensations, and other sources within the company. Furthermore, the company mentioned that it has granted no salary increase to the executive officers for 2021.
Apart from their base salaries and other earnings, Stephanie McMahon and Triple H have booking agreements with the company.
Triple H
“We have a booking agreement with Mr. Levesque which currently runs until March 30, 2022, and thereafter extends for successive one-year periods unless either party gives notice of nonextension at least 90 days prior to the expiration date. Under this agreement, Mr. Levesque is entitled to a minimum guaranteed annual payment of $1 million which the Company is entitled to recoup from all payments under the agreement including pay for performing in live and televised events and royalties for merchandise sold utilizing Mr. Levesque’s name and/or likeness.”
Stephanie McMahon
“We have a booking agreement with Ms. McMahon which currently runs until October 6, 2021, and thereafter extends for successive one-year periods unless either party gives notice of nonextension at least 90 days prior to the expiration date. Under this agreement, Ms. McMahon is entitled to a minimum guaranteed annual payment of $750,000 which the Company is entitled to recoup from all payments under the agreement including pay for performing in live and televised events and royalties for merchandise sold including Ms. McMahon’s name and/or likeness.”
The McMahons and Triple H’s earnings from WWE in 2020
In the previous year (2020), even though WWE was functioning with no live audience, everyone earned a hefty amount.
The following amounts are inclusive of salary and other revenues:
Vince McMahon – $3,905,792
Stephanie McMahon – $2,187,266
Triple H – $2,318,280

Nick Khan – $12,964,565 (he received $5 million as a sign-on bonus in August 2020 and $6,799,138 as stock awards)
Shane McMahon – WWE released a statement about the terms under which Shane McMahon was working with WWE.
“In 2020, Shane McMahon was retained as a performer for the Company for which he received minimum guaranteed performance fees and royalties aggregating approximately $820,369.”

The next stockholder’s meeting for WWE is in May 2021.
