The Royal Rumble is beloved by fans for one specific reason. It is not the chance to see the winner get a Main Event title shot at WrestleMania. It is the simple fact that there are always surprise returns at the Rumble that make the fans jump out of their seats. Ahead of the Royal Rumble 2024, Triple H’s best friend has made similar claims.

The Rumble has been home to many wrestlers returning to the company, like Edge. It has also been the place for debuts like the one of that of AJ Styles.
