Although the prank was a multi-day process, her safety was never in question. The actress recalled the prank as she laughed about it and took to her Twitter to reveal what had happened to her.

It all started with Sam Parr tweeting about inviting auditions for a dating show on his podcast ‘My First Million’. Watermann replied with her video entry to the Twitter stunt that ended up with her gaining new followers. One of them was none other than the WWE legend John Cena. This move by The Prototype excited Conner and set the foundation for the prank.

In her tweet, Conner laid out the basic map of how the prank played out, ” I got punked so hard. Due to a [Sam Parr]’s Twitter thread and [John Cena] following me, [Kenny Totten] and company pulled off an elaborate multi-day prank. I legit thought I was meeting John Cena himself. Revenge will be swift and unjust.”

In the vlog, Totten explained how Conner eventually came through with the meeting plan by showing up at the expected hotel. However, when she finally opened the hotel room, to her surprise, the WWE legend wasn’t present. So, her dreams of discussing the movie project went up in ashes, along with her desire to meet the superstar.

In her tweet, we can see that Conner swore to come back with revenge. Nevertheless, she has enjoyed a fruitful movie career.

As an actress, the Australian talent saw a great opportunity because Cena could be inviting her to discuss a new project. And even though the Australian star’s heart broke, she discovered it to be a prank, there could be a possibility of the ‘Peacemaker’ approaching her for a project after all.
