Fans always look up to their favorite stars. The same goes for WWE as well. However, in a twist of fate, fan-favorite Shinsuke Nakamura has turned heel. This happened a few weeks ago on an episode of WWE RAW when Nakamura betrayed his partner Seth Rollins after a match. This turn came out of nowhere and left a lot of fans disappointed. In an exclusive interview, he talked about the disappointment of his fans in him and what he expects from them.

While talking with Byron Saxton from WWE’s The Bump, Nakamura was asked how he felt that a lot of his fans were disappointed in him. To this question, Nakamura replied, “I don’t know, I thought they would be happy because they wanted to see something in the fight,” implying that his actions were for keeping his fans and fans of the show entertained.

He further said that he is going to change something, without revealing what he is planning to change.

Further in the interview, he was asked, “So you think there’s people out there who are happy because you attacked Seth Rollins from behind, You think they would be happy that you exposed Seth Rollins’s interview?” to which he gave a pretty ambiguous answer. “I believe people want me to change” as he defended his heel turn.

Falling out of Nakamura and Rollins
For Nakamura, the time is right as the 43-year-old star needs the belt more than Seth Rollins. Rollins will still be a star without the title but it’s Nakamura’s time to reach his full potential. If he is not able to win this title, he might slide down the card and become obscure once again.
