The return of Shane McMahon to the WWE was one of the most iconic professional wrestling moments of this decade. The pop he received from the crowd is still something that people remember. However, the biggest part of that story was his Wrestlemania match against The Undertaker.

That match saw Shane pull off one of the most insane risks of his career, and that’s saying some thing. He jumped off the cell which was easily one of the craziest moments we’ve seen on live television. However, he would go on to lose the contest.

Why does Shane McMahon want a rematch against The Undertaker?
Shane revealed that he thinks the business between him and The Undertaker is still unfinished. As per him, they need to go at it one more time in order to finally set the score between the two.
“I know I got one more with him,” Shane said. “I’m ready. I’ll challenge him now, and I’ll throw it out there now.”
“I got one more. I know I got one more. I know I got one big one, and I want a rematch.”
To be really honest, Vince McMahon can only request The Undertaker for limited appearances now. He would want those to be big money appearances. I don’t know if a match-up against Shane McMahon is really something that the fans are dying to see.
The two can obviously not have a match without added effects. Which means that it has to be a gimmick match requiring additional risks. At his age, The Undertaker wouldn’t really want to put himself through such an ordeal.
However, the WWE has been known to do crazier things in the past. If Floyd Mayweather can face The Big Show in a WWE ring, then having another match between Shane McMahon and The Undertaker is a far easier thing. It will be interesting to see if The Undertaker responds to this challenge by his former rival.
