Seth Rollins is one of the hardest-working wrestlers of his generation. The current WWE World Heavyweight Champion always puts on spectacular matches and always delivers in the ring on the big stage. With an impressive resume to his name, The Architect takes pride in wrestling a lot of matches each calendar year.

However, on the recent episode of Impulsive, hosted by his WrestleMania opponent Logan Paul, Rollins opened up about wrestling with his lowest count last year.

What happened on the podcast?

Rollins and Paul’s collaboration surprised most of their fans because of their rivalry in the past,  yet the podcast was entertaining and informative, covering various topics of Rollin’s life in and outside the ring. But one of the biggest takeaways was the mention of Rollins wrestling the least number of matches he’s ever wrestled in 2022.

Speaking on wrestling fewer matches last year Rollins said, “I did last year, uh I wrestled 120 some matches so then I’ll tell you what, that’s the low end of my career.”

Rollins said, “So I had some years where I was wrestling 230 matches. That’s just matches, we’re not talking about media appearances, we’re not talking about extra travel days none of that, that’s just matches.”

It is clear why Rollins is at the top in WWE. We all know how gruesome and taxing wrestling is for superstars, yet they put their bodies on the line for us, which is commendable.

Staying on the road for almost every day of the week, and making other appearances shows the mentality and tenacity superstars such as Seth Rollins have.

In his entire run, he has wrestled over 1000 matches, solidifying his position as one of the company’s bankable names.

What does the future hold for Logan Paul and Seth Rollins?

After wrestling each other in an exciting match at WrestleMania 39, both these superstars have a great second half of 2023 lined up.

While Logan seems poised to take on Ricochet at SummerSlam, Rollins will be embroiled in another match with Finn Balor for the World Heavyweight Championship.

There will always be a possibility of Rollins and Logan Paul facing each other again in the ring. However, judging by their rapport on the podcast and delving into various life chapters of Rollins, this could just kindle a new chapter of friendship between the two.
