

Vince McMahon is unquestionably one of the best minds behind the WWE. He has worked with several people that have strong professional ties to WWE superstars. In addition, William Regal, who has a contract with AEW, has irregularly worked with WWE since 1998.
Regal on his podcast, ‘Gentleman Villian’, recently shared his thoughts on his WWE departure. Speaking of that, he offered a remarkable incident of how Mr. McMahon had once saved his life.

Talking about his WWE departure and his relationship with his former boss, he stated, “We can have a laugh and a joke now, and then there’s a day, and it’s happened recently. It’s time to go. And there’s no hard feelings there because that’s business and there will never be any hard feelings and I’ll always have loyalty.”
Regal has no ill will toward Mr. McMahon or the business because he fully understands that it is an inevitable aspect of doing business. He also asserts that he will always have Mr. McMahon’s best interests at heart. However, he never became overly close with him since he always knew he was his employer.

In addition, he claimed that the business and The Boss Man were key to saving his life in 1999. He added, “I would have died in 1999, so I owe my life. When I had my neck surgery whether, he might not have even known, but it was his company that paid for me to get the best surgeon, the only surgeon in the world, who could do the surgery that I needed.”

Vince McMahon saved the lives of other WWE superstars as well
Road Dogg was one of the most well-known for his being a legendary wrestler from the Attitude Era. However, because of the WWE’s strategic vision, he was removed from the roaster. Dogg recently said that Vince McMahon deserves credit for saving his life as well as for the fame he brought him during his stint in the WWE.

On the CVV podcast, he stated, “Not only did he pay me for ten years and give me ten years of life experience. Ah! he sent me to rehab, for free. He saved my life, and he did the same for my brother. You know what I mean, you’re bitter at that guy?”

Given the fact that he has an impression of a harsh, furious boss. On the other hand, it appears that Mr. McMahon had helped numerous WWE legends and was close to many WWE stars.
