Triple H and Stephanie McMahon portrayed the on-screen power couple in WWE first as wrestlers and then authority figures. They are now running things behind the scenes in real life after the retirement of Vince McMahon. Stephanie McMahon is the Co-CEO while Triple is the Chief Content Officer. WWE’s ultimate power couple recently celebrated their 19th marriage anniversary and Stephanie McMahon tweeted a photo of them in superhero costumes.

Both Stephanie and Triple H have been the staple of WWE TV for almost two decades. Interestingly, the duo first came together on screen as part of a kayfabe wedding but would get married in real life soon after. They have been going strong ever since and recently completed 19 years as a married couple.

Hence, to celebrate the occasion, Stephanie McMahon tweeted a photo with her husband in superhero gear with a lovely message

The relationship between Triple H and Stephanie McMahon is the perfect example of life imitating art in WWE. During a storyline in the ‘Attitude Era’, Triple H crashed the on-screen wedding of Stephanie McMahon and former WWE star Test.

Soon afterward, they started dating in real life, and the rest is history. At first, WWE kept their real-life marriage away from TV, but began incorporating it into storylines as the two started appearing as on-screen authority figures.

The couple are now involved with the handling of the company holding high positions in the Stamford office. Despite having feuded and even wrestling each other inside the squared-circle, their marriage remains strong as ever.

In the photo ‘The Billion Dollar Princess’ is dressed as Supergirl, while Triple H has donned a cape and a mask to compliment her. Stephanie captioned the photo, “19 years with the man of my dreams [Triple H]! Happy Anniversary! I Love You!”

Fans soon flooded the post with congratulatory messages for the couple and poured their love.

Moreover, some pointed out Triple H’s strange costume and had some fun at his expense.

There were more interesting wishes from the fans for the power couple of WWE.

Although the fans despised them for their run as heels on WWE TV, they seem to love the duo and have nothing but best wishes for them.

Both formed the core of WWE during the Attitude Era as wrestlers and then after taking up the mantle of hated on-air authority figures in the modern era. Indeed, the couple remains as strong as ever off-screen as they were on-screen.
