The Undertaker is arguably one of the greatest in-ring competitors of all time. But not all his victories are without controversy. The Phenom’s victory against Brock Lesnar at the 2015 SummerSlam is an example. The former may not have prevailed against ‘The Beast Incarnate’ without the help of a WWE stalwart.

Charles Robinson’s game-changing decision at SummerSlam 2015 undeniably favored The Undertaker. Recently, the WWE referee announced his return to WWE with an emotional message, after a hiatus of three months.

He said in the video, “Good morning and Happy Tuesday to everyone! It’s a beautiful day here in North Carolina. I am flying out in just a few hours to London where I will be finally, finally after three long months be back in the ring for SmackDown, and hopefully have a match in Money in the Bank.”

He also wrote in the post, “I am sure most people don’t care or even realized I was off tv, but I am pretty happy!”. But WWE fans everywhere would disagree with the referee. Charles Robinson, during his time at WWE, has elevated his profession to an art form. His performance has always been effortless, which makes him one of the best referees in the industry to date. The only people who might disagree are the fans of ‘The Beast Incarnate’.

Robinson’s game-changing decision that helped The Undertaker

Fans will always remember the referee’s decision several years ago during the match between Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker. During the match, Charles Robinson missed The Undertaker tapping out to Lesnar’s Kimura lock.
