Asuka is and has been Raw Women’s Champion for a long time now, and no one seems to be good enough to take the title away from her. The full-blown babyface in her has been successful, but it seems as if the volcano has erupted.
On the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, ‘The Empress of Tomorrow’ exacted revenge against Shayna Baszler for nearly putting her out of action before WrestleMania.

Last week, Baszler spitefully kicked Asuka to a head during a fight, resulting in the Raw Women’s Champion losing a tooth. There were also rumors of her suffering a concussion, a result of which she would be missing WrestleMania.
However, Asuka made a shocking return to Raw last night and let Shayna know why she is the defending Champion. Even though she lost the match, Asuka ended up assaulting Baszler like a woman possessed and tried breaking off all her teeth!
In a statement following this chilling moment, the Raw Women’s Champion vowed to show Shayna Baszler her dark side and promised to avenge that lost tooth. We may see the whole thing tee up to a showdown at WrestleMania.
Fans may get to see the best version of Asuka so far
Asuka has been dormant for a good part of her reign as Champion. Fans are eager to see her return to her ruthless character that shows no mercy. The anti-hero version of her character is something you can’t get enough of.

WWE building up Asuka as a strong Champion before WrestleMania is a smart move, given the fact that there are a number of other talents looking to take the title away from her.
Revealing her true colors, Charlotte Flair admitted to wanting to take the Raw Women’s Championship all along, even though she was briefly Asuka’s partner and Tag Team Champions.
Peyton Royce also threw her hat in the ring after a furious promo on Raw Talk last week. Asuka is out to show all the challengers that she is and has always been a level above.
A heel Asuka is definitely something to be feared. She unleashes fury on everyone that stands in her way and knows no friend or foe. ‘The Empress of Tomorrow’ has one goal for now, which is to put ‘The Queen of Black Hearts’ in her place.
