SmackDown GM Nick Aldis was invited to the WWE show, The Bump on November 15 which premiered on WWE’s official YouTube channel. Nick Aldis talked briefly about his current role as the GM and various issues between the SmackDown superstars. During one of the segments, he talked about the stature and supremacy of Roman Reigns.
Nick Aldis compares Roman Reigns with Arnold Schwarzenegger’s iconic role
He praised Roman Reigns while drawing comparison with Hollywood superstar Arnold Schwarzenegger’s role in the iconic movie Pumping Iron.
Drawing comparisons to the docudrama on bodybuilding, Nick Aldis said, “I think Roman is the guy, who’s sort, he’s looking for things ‘Look, when I wanna eat, I eat’.” It was a reference to a scene where Arnold replies to a guy in the movie about the wolf at the top of the hill. Reigns has been compared to Arnie’s role as he picks and chooses the times where and when he defends his title.
