Rihanna has recently been the talk of the town, especially on social media. However, her name made an appearance into a conversation between two former WWE Superstars. These two stars got into a heated bout and that too on national television. Moreover, their words included references to Nicki Minaj in addition to Rihanna.

Back in the day when WWE was trying to expand its audience, it started a host of new shows. These shows were either on the WWE Network or exclusive for different networks. “Total Divas” was one such show, and it became a mainstay of E! Network for quite a long time. The show surrounded the lives of WWE Divas and often included many dramatic interactions.

One such interaction was between former WWE Superstars Cameron and Alicia Fox, which ended up involving references to Rihanna.

In an episode of Total Divas in 2015, Alicia Fox and Cameron went at each other. They were involved in a heated verbal bout. Moreover, their dislike for each other was apparent from the show.

However, their common friend Rosa Mendes tried to solve their issues by bringing them together to spend some time. As the episode progressed, tensions ran high, with both Fox and Cameron taking shots at each other. Consequently, Fox ended up saying that Cameron looks like a “bootleg Nicki Minaj”. Cameron did not sit back and replied in kind.

She told Alicia Fox that Fox looked like a “stank version of Rihanna” which seems to have offended Fox a lot. However, Fox replied, if anything, she looks like a refined version of Rihanna. This led to tensions rising even further, with both women continuing to take shots at each other until Mendes tried to calm things down.

Did Rihanna ever appear in WWE?

While WWE is not new at bringing in celebrities to get involved in their storylines, Rihanna is still to step foot in the ring. She has never made an appearance in WWE, but one can’t ever predict who might walk out of that curtain in WWE.

Moreover, Rihanna has got an invitation already waiting for her. In an exclusive interview with Alistair McGeorge of Metro UK, the current Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair has stated she would love to form a tag team with Rihanna.
