The excitement is on a different level for Ric Flair for his last match, which is set on 31st July in Nashville. They revealed the opponents for the match last week. It will be a tag team match with Flair teaming up with his son-in-law Andrade El Idolo to face Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal.

Before the match takes place on 31st July, Flair will be in the hot seat for ‘The Roast of Ric Flair’ on 29th July. We can expect some of his close friends and famous comedians to attend the show this Friday to give The Nature Boy a proper roast.

Ahead of The Roast of Ric Flair, a week away, the Naitch is having a splendid time with his ex-wife Wendy Barlow. Flair shared their picture on his Twitter account. 

The 16-time world champion, in his tweet, wrote about having a last proper time with Barlow ahead of the Roast. He called this meeting as “One Last Ride”. Barlow will be a part of the Roast panel at the show.

Ric Flair and Wendy Barlow got married in 2018 at a resort in Florida. Many known figures in the wrestling business attended his wedding, including The Undertaker. This was the fifth time Flair got married.

Earlier this year, Flair announced through his social media about his and Barlow’s divorce getting final and confirmed they have separated. However, even after the divorce, they seem to have a good friendship, as seen from the picture Flair shared recently.

Flair announces his opponents with a proper story

Last week, Ric Flair shared a video on his official YouTube channel named ‘Last Match part 2′ where they announced his opponents. The Nature Boy in his last match will partner with his son-in-law and AEW star Andrade El Idolo to take on the team of Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal.

They confirmed the match by the end of the video after Jarrett and Lethal left Flair busted open in the parking lot after giving the legend a beat down.

We saw Lethal train with Flair on multiple occasions to prepare Naitch for his final match. However, tensions started rising between the two, and Flair started to train with someone else. Fans suspected the AEW wrestler to be the opponent for Flair. Moreover, Jarrett got involved when Flair kayfabe insulted his wife in the video.
