he Undertaker is a man with money in the bank. However, this money wasn’t acquired just by working in the WWE ring and making appearances as The Phenom.

Mark Calaway, the man behind The Phenom’s mask, has a knack for business. Moreover, he’s chosen a business which helps him add value to his net worth while building his wealth – real estate.

But, what is it that he actually does?

What Mark Calaway does is investing. His business partner, Scott Evanhart, and he invest in properties. There are two ways this can go.

First, he purchases the properties along with Evanhart. Next, they flip them i.e., they refurbish the property and sell it for a higher price.

Second, they invest in properties during the initial stages and take a percentage when the properties are sold. This is the case with The Calahart.

Evanhart and Calaway invested in a property in Loveland, Colorado. They put in $2.7 Million for the construction in 2006. Reportedly, each unit of the property sells for almost $700,000 giving The Undertaker and Scott Evanhart quite the paycheck.

Interestingly, The Calahart is a combination of Calaway and Evanhart to honor their collaboration on the project.

His love for animals and setting up a fund is evidence of his golden heart. Not only does he build his wealth, but he spends it where it matters the most.

Now, his golden heart hasn’t been evident only outside WWE. When he was working with WWE, he ensured to make time for the younger talents to help them improve themselves. All of this while contributing massively to the industry.
