Ex-WWE CEO Vince McMahon is the man who changed pro wrestling forever. He is also known for his incredible work ethic, be it in the WWE office or the gym. McMahon’s workout routine, even at an old age, is one of the reasons which made him a WWE legend.

One of the most successful businessmen of the wrestling world shares a passion for bodybuilding. Many WWE stars have long admired his fitness despite being much older than them and have spoken about his astonishing working habits. Among them is another former WWE Champion, who revealed a story about the wrestling icon’s intense workout routine.

WWE fans were left stunned after corporate trainer Michael A. Monteforte posted a clip of McMahon lifting immensely heavy weights in March 2021.

Big E explained McMahon’s training discipline and how, even in his 70s, he continues to train hard.

The New Day member told the Hollywood Raw podcast in 2021, “He has a personal trainer and this poor guy. We have these long drives, pre-pandemic, and we’ll get in around two or three in the morning and his personal trainer has been standing outside the whole time waiting for him because he’ll come in and work out after shows and after long drives,”

He further added, “This man is in his 70s and he’s working out hard. He’s a meathead in a way.”

Earlier WWE superstar Sheamus had also said that McMahon squats nearly 700 pounds, which he himself can’t do.

In fact, his son-in-law and the current Head of WWE Creative Triple H said McMahon works out at “ungodly hours”.

The Game said, “Look, Vince is incredible. And you can say, in every level, he’s 75+, his work ethic is greater than anybody I’ve ever seen.[…] It’s hard to hang with him for a long period of time. If you’re on the same schedule he’s on, it’s 24/7.”

To go to the gym and train as intensely as he does, McMahon has sure earned the admiration of many. At close to 80 years, he has shown incredible dedication and strength to maintain his well-built physique.
