“Tired but Had to Get It”: The Rock Finally Reveals How He Spent His 50th Birthday as He Thanks His Fans

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is a global icon. Over the years, he has gained numerous fans from all around the world. On 2 May, “The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment” celebrated his 50th birthday.
On Instagram, The Rock shared a video in which he revealed how he spent his 50th birthday. Johnson, in true action star fashion, wrapped his birthday by working out at 12:30 a.m. He was tired, but he had to get it in and start this new decade on a high note.

In the video, he stated, “That’s an official wrap. I had to get it in. I landed about 3-4 hours ago and came here to The Iron Paradise. And I had to get the big birthday workout in back and biceps. It’s Triple B- Birthday, Back, and Biceps. It was F***ing amazing workout.”
“I’m gonna break open Teremana, tomorrow with you guys, And I’m gonna raise a glass of gratitude.I cannot thank you enough. I was moved, and it sat me down. All the love and support you guys have show me around the world. Not on just my birthday but overall.”
Furthermore, Johnson added in the video that he had done a lot of thinking and introspection, as one would do on a milestone birthday like this. He’s been very lucky to accomplish that much over the year. Moreover, he expressed gratitude for the love everyone showed on his birthday.
The Miz wishes The Rock in the most hilarious manner
The Rock received birthday greetings from all across the world. While many WWE superstars, Hollywood stars, and other celebrities have wished The Brahma Bull on his 50th birthday. WWE superstar The Miz’s birthday wish stands apart from the rest.

The Miz on his social media uploaded a picture of himself when he impersonated “The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment.” In the caption, he wrote, “Happy birthday @TheRock, you looked really handsome this day,” The Miz tweeted with a photo of himself dressed up like The Great One.”
