There are a few special moments that bring the various wrestling promotions across the world into one community. The death of AEW Superstar and former WWE Intercontinental Champion Brodie Lee was one such moment. WWE and AEW Superstars poured in their respective tributes on social media with Dr. Britt Baker posting a very touching video on her Twitter account.

Britt Baker posts a video of #-1 and Adam Cole
The AEW star is in a relationship with NXT’s Male Competitor of the Year Adam Cole. They are one of the few couples who have allegiances to rival companies. With Baker and Cole, it gets more intense as NXT and AEW Dynamite go head to head on a weekly basis.
In the video posted by Baker, we see Adam Cole taking a discus lariat from Brodie Lee’s son who then proceeds to pin him. Baker captioned the video accurately, “1…2…3”. This was a really touching moment that proved wrestlers from across promotions are doing all they can to ease the pain Jon Huber’s family is feeling.
Brodie Lee: Celebration of Life
AEW has taken it one step further to ensure Brodie Lee’s life is celebrated in a way that is deserving. For a larger-than-life superstar, AEW gave a larger-than-life tribute.
AEW canceled their New Year’s Bash show and aired the Brodie Lee Celebration of Life. It featured the members of the Dark Order taking part in several matches.
Colt Cabana teamed up with the AEW Tag Team Champions the Young Bucks to take on Matt Hardy and Private Party. The Dark Order member picked up the victory with his trademark Superman Pin. Tay Conti and Anna Jay put away Britt Baker and Penelope Ford in women’s division action.

Lance Archer paid an excellent tribute to Brodie by repping the Luke Harber merch from WWE. He wrestled in the soiled singlet and trademark jeans.
Along with Evil Uno and Stu Grayson, Archer put away the team of Eddie Kingston, Butcher and the Blade. The mega-popular team of John Silver, Alex Reynolds, and Hangman Adam Page beat the Inner Circle in a frenetic six man tag team match.
The main event of the night saw Brodie Lee Jr’s favourite trio team up to take on Team Taz. Cody Rhodes, Orange Cassidy and Dark Order member #10 defeated Team Taz in a fun main event.
After the match, Cody delivered an emotional address to fans of Brodie Lee. Tony Khan walked out and presented Brodie’s son, who is now Dark Order member #-1, with the TNT Championship.
