Rhodes is invited to a fan’s wedding
A wrestling fan, who attended WWE’s live event on 7th January at Spokane Arena, Spokane, WA, posted a video on X featuring Cody Rhodes. The tweet was made on January 7th with the caption, “I actually got it on video!” It was in response to a tweet by another fan on X with the caption, “I can’t believe @CodyRhodes just agreed to be the best man of someone he doesn’t even know. What a good dude.”

The moment in reference happened during yesterday’s Saturday Night Live Event where Cody Rhodes feuded against Shinsuke Nakamura, to build up their match at Rumble, and defeated him. After the match, The American Nightmare addressed the crowd in his usual manner. He read a signboard from a fan that said, “Cody, be my best man”.

Rhodes asked the fan about the details of his relationship while building up jokes around the conversation. The details of the marriage are not known yet but Rhodes responded by saying, “I will indeed be your best man” His words excited the crowd who were eagerly waiting for a positive response.
