On August 11, the legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan turned 69 and received birthday greetings from people all around the world. As one of the pioneers who aided the wrestling business in rising into one of the biggest sports entertainment industries, Hulkamania served as the essential building block for professional wrestling.
As Hogan marked his 69th birthday, many fans of the WWE remember the moment when Paul Heyman and WWE legend Brock Lesnar ruined Hogan’s birthday in 2014, eight years earlier. But big props to John Cena for stepping in to protect it.

Hogan had helped WWE develop in its early years. To celebrate and honor his birthday, WWE created a storyline in which Hogan, along with many other WWE legends and “nWo” members, arrived at WWE to party eight years ago.
However, the celebration was interrupted when Heyman and a 285-pound monster entered the ring. It surprised everyone when they both arrived since they hadn’t expected him to ruin the party.
Heyman began speaking while Lesnar and the legends were engaged in an eye-to-eye stare, then Lesnar took the microphone away from him abruptly and said, “Party’s over, grandpa.” Subsequently, Cena intervened right away due to their continuous feud. Notably, TMZ reported that Lesnar’s grandpa’s comment wasn’t part of the script.
Lesnar’s statement enraged Hulk Hogan
It appears like Lesnar’s comment, Hogan was undoubtedly quite enraged. In light of this fact, Hogan told, “This is a shout-out to Brock Lesnar. Every dog has his day and John Cena will be back. But he starts throwing my name around, you and Heyman on my Old Country West song. I’m not as good as I ever was, but I was good once.

He added, “Brock Lesnar, you need to bite your tongue and stop throwing my name around. I’m just tired here. I know it’s all entertainment, but when he starts throwing my name around with my wife and my kids, he’s crossing the line.”

There is no proof that Lesnar committed the act because of the two’s rivalry or to make the plot more violent. However, it will be one of the most notable moments in WWE history.
