MJF told Jericho it might be time to kick someone out of the Inner Circle. Having already lost Sammy Guevara, Jericho opposed the idea immediately, only for Sammy himself to come out. Guevara warned Jericho about MJF and showed him a video of MJF conspiring with the rest of the Inner Circle.

However, the rest of the Inner Circle only pretended to go along with MJF, only to turn on him in the ring. With his backs against the ropes, Jericho kicked the Salt of the Earth out of the Inner Circle. MJF cried for a second, but his tone changed when he mentioned that he had formed his own group.

After they completed the beat-down, Wardlow held Jericho up for MJF to bust him open with the Dynamite Diamond ring. Wardlow then powerbombed a bleeding Chris Jericho from the stage.

This was a great angle to write Jericho off for some time. Whenever he returns with the Inner Circle, the match against MJF’s new faction will be incredible.
