

WWE wrestler turned actor John Cena is recognized for his good humor sense. During his WWE career, he has shown his comedic side. In addition, he hosted the 2016 ESPY Awards, where ‘The Champ’ startled everyone with his witty humor.
Many sporting celebrities, including LeBron James, Shaquille O’Neal, and others, attended the event. Cena, being Cena, made jokes about basketball legends, Kobe Bryant and Peyton Manning.

John Cena had delivered out merciless roasts all night. In his monologue, he went after Peyton Manning and Kobe Bryant.
Cena stated, “Peyton Manning and Kobe Bryant they retired this year [2016]. Let’s give it up for two of the all-time greats. Now Kobe Bryant and Peyton Manning’s final games had a few things in common: Unforgettable and almost no passing.”

The late great Kobe Bryant was one of the all-time best basketball players. It goes without saying that he has excellent scoring abilities and a long list of accomplishments. However, as many had labeled him a ‘selfish’ player, ‘The Cenation Leader’ took this reference and made a joke about the legend.

Kobe Bryant, often known as the ‘Mamba,’ was one of the greatest NBA players of all time. The Los Angeles Lakers picked Mamba in the 1996 NBA draft. During his career, He won five NBA championships and two NBA Finals MVP awards. Moreover, he got a slew of record registrations under his name.

Peyton Manning comes from a long line of NFL champions in his family. He played quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos. He was also famous for being injury-free during his playing career. Manning competed in each and every game for the Indianapolis Colts for 13 consecutive seasons.

The announcement of The Champ’s return to the ring has peaked the WWE universe’s attention. WWE has labeled this month as John Cena Month, in celebration of his 20-year tenure with the business. Over the few years, the wrestling fandom had missed ‘Mr. Hustle, Loyalty and Respect’, as he has been focusing on his acting career.
