She entered the Diva Search in 2005, but didn’t win. However, she signed a development deal with the company and went to Deep South Wrestling. Finally, in December 2005, she made her SmackDown roster debut as a backstage correspondent.

She made her in-ring debut during Jillian Hall’s heel run. She defeated Hall on WWE SmackDown: March 10th, 2006. Following that, she aligned with Michelle McCool for a while as her tag team partner.

In 2007, she worked for a while with WWE on the SmackDown roster. Around the end of September 2007, WWE released her from her contract.

In the late 2000s, Lashley was in a relationship with former pro-wrestler and American model Kristal Marshall. They were together from 2007 to 2010. During their time together, Lashley had a son with Marshall, Myles Lashley. He was born in 2008.

The pair had a daughter together as well, Naomi. However, she was born after their separation in 2011. Lashley has another daughter, Kyra, who is the eldest of his three children.

The Almighty has had a very successful career since his debut back in 2005. He has been the United States Champion and the WWE Champion. He broke the internet when he overpowered Drew McIntyre and became the WWE Champion.

His championship run was supposed to end sooner, but WWE changed plans after the positive reaction from fans.

Currently, he is the #1 contender for the WWE Championship. He will face the current champion, Brock Lesnar, at Royal Rumble. This is the first match between the two beasts of WWE!

There was a time when Lana and Rusev were working with WWE, and at this time, a storyline brewed between the three of them.

The storyline showed Lana betraying Rusev to get together with Lashley. There were some segments revolving around the love triangle. In fact, Lana demanded a kayfabe divorce from Rusev during the storyline.

Additionally, the company went through with a wedding segment as well.

Unfortunately, the storyline did not end with a proper closure for the WWE Universe. According to Rusev, it just fizzled into thin air, and there was no explanation from WWE about the same.
