Today’s WWE RAW episode comes live from the SAP Center in San Jose, California. This is the first Monday Night RAW after the Elimination Chamber PLE in Perth, Australia. The event proved to be a big win for Drew McIntyre and Becky Lynch. Both will be challenging for titles at WrestleMania XL against Seth Rollins and Rhea Ripley, respectively. With Sami Zayn taking on Shinsuke Nakamura, The New Day facing Imperium in a Street Fight, Cody Rhodes against Grayson Waller, and much more, this episode promises to deliver on its massive expectations. Here is everything that went down on the show tonight.

WWE Monday Night RAW 26/02/2024 Results

Video segment: A summary of all the matches at Elimination Chamber started off the show.

In-ring segment: Dominik Mysterio opened the show with an eruption of boos. He introduced the WWE Women’s World Champion, Rhea Ripley. After talking about walking out of EC and still retaining the title, Becky Lynch interrupted. The two built up their match for Mania with Lynch even shutting down Dominik. Once Ripley left the ring, Nia Jax attacked Lynch from behind and almost hit her with The Annihilator. Adam Pearce and other WWE officials had to break it up.

Sami Zayn vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

Winner: Sami Zayn

The night’s first match was a rematch between Sami Zayn and Shinsuke Nakamura. Despite having the upper hand initially, Nakamura took advantage of his opponent’s injury to gain control. Both men pushed each other to the limit in the match. The fans rallied behind Zayn, who did get a few near falls on Nakamura. There was a close call when Zayn barely made it to the ring as the referee made it to a seven-count. Despite all odds, Zayn picked up the victory.

Chelsea Green vs. Raquel Rodriguez

Winner: Raquel Rodriguez

The match started with Chelsea Green taking to the ring to complain about Raquel Rodriguez getting a place at Elimination Chamber over her. As she complained, Rodriguez came out for the match. While Green did everything she could, she was no match for Rodriguez’s raw power. Moreover, the match ended quickly as Rodriguez hit the Tejana Bomb for the win.

Backstage segment: Sami Zayn was interviewed backstage after his victory over Nakamura. He talked about fulfilling his dream of being at WrestleMania before being interrupted by The Imperium making their way to the ring.

Backstage segment: Cody Rhodes was interviewed backstage regarding his open challenge to Dwayne Johnson. He claimed he was ready for Johnson and even called out Grayson Waller in the main event tonight.

In-ring segment: The Imperium with Giovanni Vinci, Ludwig Kaiser, and Gunther took the ring. He talked about successfully defending his Intercontinental Championship against Jey Uso. After calling out the name he could be facing, he was interrupted by Judgment Day. Damian Priest claimed that they were eyeing his IC title. Dominik Mysterio came forth to challenge Gunter before a stare-down started. Priest claimed they would be taking his title.

Backstage segment: Rhea Ripley is seen asking why Dominik Mysterio is going after Gunther. Dom runs into Andrade El Idolo before leaving.

Street Fight: The New Day with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods vs. Imperium with Giovanni Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser

Winner: Imperium with Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci

The match started outside the ring with no disqualification in place. Imperium ensured The New Day did not get their hands on any weapons. Kaiser and Vinci did use chairs in a double-team effort on Woods. Kaiser and Vinci kept the pressure on The New Day. Imperium had the hold over the match. Despite being thrown through a table, Ludwig picked up the win for his faction.

Backstage segment: Adam Pearce was seen talking to Chad Gable for a shot at Gunther’s IC title. Gable wanted a match to exact vengeance for what Gunther did by making his daughter cry.

Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark vs. Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell

Winner: Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark

It was a very short match that showcased Shayna Baszler’s and Zoey Stark’s power. Both women claimed that despite ruling the women’s division, they were not given a Tag Team title shot. The two destroyed LeRae and Hartwell with pure force.

Backstage segment: R-Turth was seen with DIY and The Miz. They claimed they wanted revenge on Judgment Day for what they did to Truth.

In-ring segment: Drew McIntyre took the ring to address the fans after his win at EC. He mocked CM Punk before calling out Seth Rollins. Rollins congratulated him for his win and that they would have a great match. McIntyre claimed that Rollins shouldn’t be pushing The Bloodline as they could ruin their match at Mania. Rollins claimed that taking down The Bloodline was more critical. Finally, Rollins said that some risks were worth taking.

Liv Morgan vs. Nia Jax

Winner: Disqualification

The match was the perfect example of David vs. Goliath. Despite her best efforts, Morgan was crushed by Jax. When Morgan felt a chance to put Jax away, Becky Lynch attacked Jax. This resulted in the match ending in a disqualification, much to the disappointment of Morgan.

Backstage Interview: Grayson Waller was seen backstage and said he was ready to face Cody Rhodes and would do to him what he did to Austin Theory at EC.
